Terms of use for the iPhone app

Folimo (formerly Miso and FoodLume) for iPhone · Updated 8 October 2026

New on 8 October 2026: terms for the Folimo iPhone app and its App Store subscription.

14 days free, with no payment details. After that, an optional App Store subscription keeps photo analysis and AI guidance. Without it your journal stays yours: view, export and add notes.

These terms

These terms apply to the Folimo app for iPhone and to subscriptions bought in it through the App Store. By using the app you agree to them, to the Privacy policy and to the Community rules. Folimo is for adults aged 18 and over.

Free trial

Finishing setup starts a 14-day free trial, once per account. The trial is run by Folimo, not by the App Store: it needs no payment details and never turns into a paid subscription by itself. If you subscribe during the trial, the paid subscription starts and is charged straight away.

App Store subscription

• Folimo membership is an auto-renewable subscription. Its price and length are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If the price changes, Apple informs you in advance and asks for your agreement where required.
• If you reinstall the app or use another iPhone with the same Apple ID, use Restore purchases in Membership.

What the subscription includes

Analysis of your food photos and notes by an AI provider (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex or Google Gemini, one at a time) after you agree to AI processing, short clarifying questions when useful, estimated meal nutrition, goal-aware daily guidance and your private food history. Limits: 10 personal photos a day, 50 entries per rolling 24 hours and up to 60 AI analyses a day. The service can be interrupted by provider availability, limits or maintenance.

Deleting your account

Delete my account in Profile removes your data as described in the Privacy policy. It does not cancel your App Store subscription: cancel it in Settings to stop renewals. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID while the subscription is active, it is restored to the new account.

AI estimates are not medical advice

Estimates and guidance come from AI and can be wrong. They are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always check ingredients and allergens yourself. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating-disorder concern or need a medical diet, follow your clinician or dietitian. Folimo is not monitored for emergencies.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community rules: no offensive names, harassment, spam or fake accounts. Don’t try to access other people’s data, disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit Friends features or close an account that breaks these rules; we’ll tell you through the app or support where we can.

Licence and Apple

• We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• These terms are between you and Folimo, not Apple. Folimo, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Support is provided by Folimo through the contact above.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Folimo, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app does not meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your mobile network’s terms.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Perioada de probă gratuită

Abonamentul App Store

• Abonamentul Folimo este un abonament cu reînnoire automată. Prețul și durata lui sunt afișate în aplicație înainte de cumpărare, în moneda ta locală.
• Plata este taxată din contul tău Apple ID când confirmi cumpărarea.
• Abonamentul se reînnoiește automat pentru aceeași durată și același preț, dacă nu oprești reînnoirea automată cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de sfârșitul perioadei curente. Contul tău este taxat pentru reînnoire în cele 24 de ore dinaintea sfârșitului perioadei.
• Îl poți gestiona sau anula oricând în Setări pe iPhone → numele tău → Abonamente. După anulare, accesul continuă până la sfârșitul perioadei plătite.

Ștergerea contului

Șterge contul meu din Profil îți elimină datele așa cum descrie Politica de confidențialitate. Nu îți anulează abonamentul App Store: anulează-l din Setări ca să oprești reînnoirile. Dacă te conectezi din nou cu același Apple ID cât timp abonamentul este activ, acesta este restabilit în noul cont.

Estimările AI nu sunt sfaturi medicale

Estimările și sfaturile vin de la AI și pot fi greșite. Sunt informații generale, nu sfaturi medicale, diagnostic sau tratament. Verifică întotdeauna singur ingredientele și alergenii. Utilizare acceptabilă

Respectă Regulile comunității: fără nume jignitoare, hărțuire, spam sau conturi false. Nu încerca să accesezi datele altor persoane, să perturbi serviciul sau să-l folosești în scopuri ilegale. Подписка App Store

• Подписка Folimo — автоматически возобновляемая. Её цена и срок показываются в приложении до покупки, в вашей местной валюте.
• Оплата списывается с вашего аккаунта Apple ID, когда вы подтверждаете покупку.
• Подписка автоматически продлевается на тот же срок и по той же цене, если вы не отключите автопродление не позднее чем за 24 часа до конца текущего периода. Плата за продление списывается в течение 24 часов до окончания периода.
• Управлять подпиской или отменить её можно в любой момент в «Настройках» iPhone → ваше имя → «Подписки». После отмены доступ сохраняется до конца оплаченного периода.
• Возвраты рассматривает Apple по своим правилам; запросить возврат можно на reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Если цена изменится, Apple заранее сообщит вам об этом и, где требуется, попросит согласия.
• Если вы переустановите приложение или используете другой iPhone с тем же Apple ID, воспользуйтесь «Восстановить покупки» в разделе «Подписка».

Что входит в подписку

Разбор ваших фото и заметок ИИ-провайдером (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex или Google Gemini, по одному за раз) после вашего согласия на обработку ИИ, короткие уточняющие вопросы, когда это полезно, оценка питательности блюд, ежедневные советы с учётом цели и личная история питания. Ограничения: 10 личных фото в день, 50 записей за любые 24 часа и до 60 разборов ИИ в день. Работа сервиса может прерываться из-за доступности провайдеров, ограничений или обслуживания.

Удаление аккаунта

«Удалить мой аккаунт» в профиле удаляет ваши данные так, как описано в Политике конфиденциальности. Это не отменяет подписку App Store: отмените её в «Настройках», чтобы остановить продления. Если вы снова войдёте с тем же Apple ID, пока подписка активна, она будет восстановлена в новом аккаунте.

Оценки ИИ — не медицинские рекомендации

Оценки и советы создаёт ИИ, и они могут быть неточными. Это общая информация, а не медицинская рекомендация, диагноз или лечение. Всегда проверяйте состав и аллергены сами. Если вы беременны или кормите грудью, у вас есть проблемы с пищевым поведением или нужна лечебная диета, следуйте указаниям врача или диетолога. Folimo не отслеживает экстренные ситуации.

Допустимое использование

Соблюдайте Правила сообщества: никаких оскорбительных имён, преследований, спама или фальшивых аккаунтов. Не пытайтесь получить доступ к чужим данным, нарушить работу сервиса или использовать его в незаконных целях. Мы можем ограничить функции «Друзей» или закрыть аккаунт, нарушающий эти правила; по возможности мы сообщим вам об этом в приложении или через поддержку.

Лицензия и Apple

• Мы предоставляем вам личную непередаваемую лицензию на использование приложения на устройствах Apple, которыми вы владеете или управляете, в пределах, разрешённых Правилами использования App Store.

Estas condiciones

Estas condiciones se aplican a la app Folimo para iPhone y a las suscripciones compradas en ella a través del App Store. Al usar la app aceptas estas condiciones, la Política de privacidad y las Normas de la comunidad. Folimo es para personas adultas de 18 años o más.

Prueba gratuita

Al terminar la configuración empieza una prueba gratuita de 14 días, una vez por cuenta. La prueba la ofrece Folimo, no el App Store: no necesita datos de pago y nunca se convierte por sí sola en una suscripción de pago. Si te suscribes durante la prueba, la suscripción de pago empieza y se cobra de inmediato.

Suscripción del App Store

• La membresía de Folimo es una suscripción de renovación automática. Su precio y duración se muestran en la app antes de comprar, en tu moneda local.
• El pago se carga en tu cuenta de Apple ID cuando confirmas la compra.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por la misma duración y precio salvo que desactives la renovación automática al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual. La renovación se cobra en tu cuenta en las 24 horas previas al final del periodo.
• Puedes gestionarla o cancelarla cuando quieras en Ajustes del iPhone → tu nombre → Suscripciones. Tras cancelar, el acceso sigue hasta el final del periodo pagado.

Qué incluye la suscripción

Análisis de tus fotos y notas de comida por un proveedor de IA (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex o Google Gemini, uno cada vez) después de que aceptes el tratamiento con IA, preguntas breves de aclaración cuando ayudan, estimación nutricional de las comidas, guía diaria según tu objetivo y tu historial de comidas privado. Límites: 10 fotos personales al día, 50 entradas en cualquier periodo de 24 horas y hasta 60 análisis con IA al día. El servicio puede interrumpirse por la disponibilidad de los proveedores, límites o mantenimiento.

Borrar tu cuenta

Eliminar mi cuenta, en Perfil, borra tus datos como se describe en la Política de privacidad. No cancela tu suscripción del App Store: cancélala en Ajustes para detener las renovaciones. Si vuelves a iniciar sesión con el mismo Apple ID mientras la suscripción está activa, se restablece en la nueva cuenta.

Las estimaciones de la IA no son consejo médico

Las estimaciones y la guía proceden de la IA y pueden ser erróneas. Son información general, no consejo médico, diagnóstico ni tratamiento. Comprueba siempre tú mismo los ingredientes y alérgenos. Si estás embarazada o en periodo de lactancia, tienes una preocupación por un trastorno alimentario o necesitas una dieta médica, sigue las indicaciones de tu médico o dietista. Folimo no se supervisa para emergencias.

Uso aceptable

Sigue las Normas de la comunidad: nada de nombres ofensivos, acoso, spam ni cuentas falsas. No intentes acceder a datos de otras personas, alterar el servicio ni usarlo con fines ilícitos. Podemos limitar las funciones de Amigos o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estas normas; te avisaremos en la app o a través de soporte cuando sea posible.

Licencia y Apple

• Te concedemos una licencia personal e intransferible para usar la app en los dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles, según lo permitido por las Normas de uso del App Store.
• Estas condiciones son entre tú y Folimo, no Apple. Folimo, y no Apple, es responsable de la app y de su contenido.
• Apple no tiene ninguna obligación de mantener la app ni de darle soporte. El soporte lo ofrece Folimo a través del contacto indicado arriba.
• Si la app no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple, y Apple te reembolsará el precio de compra de la app, si lo hubo. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, Apple no tiene ninguna otra obligación de garantía respecto a la app.
• Folimo, y no Apple, es responsable de cualquier reclamación relacionada con la app o su uso, incluidas las reclamaciones por responsabilidad del producto, incumplimiento de requisitos legales o normativos, protección del consumidor, privacidad y propiedad intelectual.
